30-day satisfaction guarantee

Complete Facebook Ad Creative Inspiration by ShortVids comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If the library is not useful for your agency, email dev@shortvids.co within 30 days of purchase, from the same email address you used at checkout, and we will refund your purchase in full.

How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued back to the original payment method through the payment provider used at checkout (Stripe or Razorpay). Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund typically appears within 5–10 business days.

Once a refund is issued, access to the private creative library is revoked.

How to request a refund

Email dev@shortvids.co with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address used at checkout. No other information is required.
